Research interest
Research interest: behavioral ecology, biology and ecology of shrikes Lannidae,
impaling behavior and food caching in shrikes - evolution, functions, costs and benefits, foraging ecology, habitat selection in birds, conservation biology.
Current Projects
Habitat selection in shrikes (Great Grey Shrike Lanius excubitor and Red-backed Shrike ( Lanius collurio ) in farmland landscape. In cooperation with P.Tryjanowski, M. Hromada, L. Kuczynski and S. Kuzniak.
Breeding ecology of the Great Grey Shrike in farmland landscape. In cooperation with P.Tryjanowski.
